Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver thermal transfer ribbons, labels and packaging solutions across the UK and internationally. This page explains our delivery costs, timescales and what to do if something goes wrong, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delivery rates

Destination Delivery cost

UK mainland£4.50

International£20.00

Orders over £200 qualify for free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • UK mainland: 3–5 working days

  • International: 7–10 working days, depending on destination and customs processing

These are estimates rather than guarantees. By law, we must deliver your order within 30 days of you placing it, unless we've agreed a different timeframe with you.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available from our courier, we'll include the tracking details in this email.

Risk and ownership of goods

Your order remains our responsibility, and at our risk, until it's delivered into your physical possession (or that of someone you've nominated to receive it). If you choose to arrange your own courier for collection, risk passes to you once we hand the goods to that courier.

Delayed or missed deliveries

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with our courier. If delivery is significantly delayed beyond any agreed date, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

International orders

For deliveries outside the UK, please note that:

  • Import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply and are not included in our delivery charge — these are the responsibility of the recipient

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs checks in the destination country

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

Where we deliver

We currently ship to UK mainland addresses and a range of international destinations. If you're ordering from the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or another remote UK postcode, please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote.
